Ameesha Patel is not a new name when it comes to putting up controversial comments and she carries this skill throughout her career.
She was having an interview with media regarding the new film. There was a short conversation on OTT platforms and she commented that audiences are hungry for clean content.
She followed it up with a statement that the modern OTT platform is filled with full of homosexuality. In her opinion, it makes the parents put child locks on their Television.
“People are waiting for good, clean cinema. The era where you could make cinema that a grandchild could sit and watch with a grandparent is completely missing. OTT for sure doesn’t give you that. Because OTT is full of, homosexuality, gay-lesbianism… Scenes that you have to cover your kids’ eyes or actually put a child lock on your television so they can’t access those platforms. It’s not something you really want your kids to watch.”
Bollywood media criticized her for her remarks, calling it a publicity stunt for her film. Regardless of the motive, her remarks on OTT garnered her free media coverage.
A quick glance at her Instagram or social media pages reveals an abundance of photos and videos where she appears to be excessively exposing herself, considering her age.
