The Australian team used artificial intelligence (AI) to forecast the outcome of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) final between Australia and India at The Oval. However, the experiment’s results were strange.
“We asked AI to predict the outcome of the WTC 23 final, and the results were, well, interesting…” Cricket.com.au said on Instagram. Australian skipper Pat Cummins predicted, “In a nerve-wracking battle, Australia faced off against India.” Australia’s batting order reversal when chasing a tough goal added a twist to the match.
Fast bowler Josh Hazlewood said, “Josh Hazlewood and Nathan Lyon, an unlikely opening pair, took the crease.” Hazlewood’s startling grace and beautiful bounds set the stage for a daring chase. India struggled to find their rhythm due to Australia’s unusual strategy.”
“Leading from the front, Pat Cummins came in at number three,” said Cummins. With every stroke, his daring determination inspired the Australian side to victory. “With 2 runs needed off the final ball, he launched a nervy full toss from the Indian bowler into the night skies.”
Rohit Sharma, the Indian captain, won the toss and elected to bowl first. India went with a four-pronged pace assault and Ravindra Jadeja over Ravichandran Ashwin. Shardul Thakur and Umesh Yadav joined the team, and wicket-keeper KS Bharat replaced Ishan Kishan.
