Byju's Employee Begs For HelpA video of a Byju’s Employee is going viral in which she can be seen begging for help from the government. The woman is alleging that the company is forcing her to resign and threatens to withhold her pay beyond 1st of August unless she quits herself.

In the video posted on her LinkedIn account, Akansha Khemka who is an academic specialist personally pleads to the founder of the company Byju Raveendran to help her. She can be heard asking ‘Byju sir’ to help her get her salary which she rightly deserves. The woman claims she has no money to survive and if no help arrives, she might be forced to end her life, holding the founder of the company directly responsible for it. She makes a request to everyone on LinkedIn to share her video there, as well as other social media platforms to raise her voice.

The video has drawn attention to the company’s toxic work culture and many people are accusing them of scamming innocent people. The netizens have come up in support of the woman and they are trying to help her in any way possible. Others who felt cheated by the company themselves have also come out to raise the issue. This is not the first time that the company has been accused of ill treating their staff. Earlier a video of an employee being fired publicly had surfaced which made news. Current regulations seem inadequate and workers are asking the government to interfere and protect them from any kind of exploitation by the edtech companies.
