In a viral video, the local boy can be seen attempting to sit on a large firework rocket to “ride” it as it launched. His friends recorded the act and shared the clip online, where it quickly spread across social media platforms.
The video shows the boy sitting on the rocket while his friends light the fuse. As soon as it ignites, he jumps off just in time to avoid injury. Fortunately, he escaped without harm. Many viewers jokingly dubbed him “Diwali Rocket Man”, while others criticised the stunt as reckless and dangerous.
