According to the German newspaper Bild, Helene received a cut on her nose. She may be seen performing in the video that is doing the rounds on the internet. She was performing her song “Wounds” when she was injured and began bleeding.

Helene continued to perform despite her injuries. However, it eventually prompted her to end the show. She stated that she needed to “get this out of the way first” and that “everything is fine.” However, after 15 minutes, the event was canceled by the promoters.

A representative for the concert organizers stated that the artist required medical treatment without going into additional detail.
