Tucker, a golden retriever owned by Courtney Budzyn and Mike, has been earning money through sponsored commercials since he was two years old. “A YouTube-paid post can cost anywhere from $40,000 to $60,000 (approximately Rs 33,12,020 to 49,68,030) for a 30-minute pre-roll,” Tucker’s owner Courtney Budzyn explained.
Before Tucker and her husband, Mike, were civil engineers, she used to clean houses. The pair resigned from their jobs to devote their full attention to Tucker and his dog Todd. Courtney also created an Instagram page for Tucker when he was 8 weeks old in June 2018. According to the New York Post, the doggo’s initial video went viral in July. Tucker’s fan base grew significantly with the birth of his son Todd.
