A little boy studying in LKG died after getting caught in the lift in his apartment. The tragedy took place in Yellareddyguda in Hyderabad. The incident left the locality stunned, as no one expected such a devastating event.
The accident happened at Keerthi Apartments. Harshvardhan, 5, younger son of Narasu Naidu, studied at Srinidhi School in Madhura Nagar. He returned home with his mother and elder brother after school before stepping into the lift again.
Harshvardhan got into the lift to go down when the accident occurred. The lift got stuck between the 4th and 5th floors. He was rescued immediately but was already unconscious. He was taken to a hospital in Banjara Hills, where the doctors declared him dead.
His apartment members and netizens were shocked on hearing about the loss of little Harshvardhan. Many recalled the recent incident in Shanti Nagar, Masab Tank, where another boy died after getting caught in a lift. The pain felt familiar and heavy.
