In search of a better life, man has traveled and settled in far away places. Unfortunately many of these places were the habitation of wildlife creatures who lost their surrounding once the man took over. This often led to dangerous confrontations between humans and the wild creatures. This is exactly what happened in Thane, near Mumbai where a huge snake was seen getting into a house through the balcony.
The video of the creature is going viral on the internet and netizens are shocked to see the size of it. The snake is a huge python that can be seen half inside the balcony with the rest of its body outside. The sighting caused panic among the residents and people were called to capture the snake.
In the video a man can be seen climbing outside the balcony to get the snake’s body off the support. Another man is standing inside the balcony handling the head of the snake. The snake was so heavy and huge that even the two of them were unable to handle it. Finally they managed to get the snake off the balcony as it dropped down.
The snake spotted in the video is a Burmese Python. Interestingly this snake is not indigenous to the region of Maharashtra and can only be found in some northeastern states of India. It is possible that the snake or any of its ancestors were imported in the region.
