A troubling episode unfurled the previous evening at AMB VIP, explicitly in Screen 5, which left my family and me in shock. During the film, we found a bandicoot caught on a tacky cushion, scarcely gripping to life, and regrettably, it figured out how to slither onto my girl’s blanket.
She tried to pull it off, unaware of the grim reality, only to be met with a heartbreaking sight. She burst into tears and felt sad as soon as she saw the poor creature in pain.
Sadly, the management’s response to our subsequent complaint was extremely unsatisfactory. Regardless of drawing the issue out into the open, we got no affirmation or activity on their part.
We are disheartened and question the management’s commitment to addressing customer concerns due to this lack of concern for such a distressing incident.
