A strange incident shocked you in a village near a forest area in Madhya Pradesh. Early in the morning, a tiger entered the village and attacked a man. He suffered serious leg injuries, and villagers rushed to rescue him.
After the attack, the tiger walked into a nearby house. What stunned you was the sight of the animal sitting calmly on a cot, as if it was resting. The unusual scene spread panic across the village within minutes.
Fearing for their lives, you would have done the same as the villagers did. People locked themselves inside their homes, while some climbed rooftops to stay safe. No one stepped out until officials arrived.
The forest department was alerted immediately and reached the spot with caution. After several tense hours, the tiger was tranquilised and captured safely without further harm.
The injured man was shifted to a hospital for treatment. Doctors said he survived due to timely help. The incident once again shows how human and wildlife conflict is becoming a serious concern near forest regions.
