There were only 55 minutes left before the flight was set to take off into the sky. However, destiny had different plans as the pilot tragically passed away at the Nagpur boarding gate yesterday morning.
Around 12 noon, the 40-year-old pilot, who was supposed to operate the airline’s Nagpur-Pune flight, suddenly collapsed in the security hold area. According to later reports, it was revealed that he suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and was rushed to KIMS-Kingsway Hospital.
Despite the emergency team’s numerous attempts at CPR, the response was not positive. Unfortunately, he passed away en route to the hospital.
A shocking turn of events unfolded as he became the second Indian pilot to lose his life within two consecutive days. The previous incident occurred on a Miami to Chile commercial flight, where the pilot passed away in the airplane’s bathroom, prompting an emergency landing in Panama.
Just 40 minutes into the flight, the pilot began feeling unwell, leading to a tragic ending.
While some individuals may be attempting to construct conspiracy theories, as people often enjoy concocting such tales, ultimately, occurrences like these serve as a stark reminder of life’s unpredictability.
