Woman Quits Job for Unbelievable Mermaid Transformation

Woman Quits Job Mermaid TransformationIt is believed that if you select a career you enjoy, you will never have to work another day in your life. I’m not sure about you, but one Englishwoman did just that when she resigned from her work as an English teacher to become a full-time professional mermaid in Italy. That is correct.

Moss Green told the UK’s Metro that she is “doing something” she enjoys and that she is “happier than ever” with “no regrets” over her job move. Moss, 33, is from Torquay, Devon, but went to Sicily to teach English in 2016.

She became interested in mermaids after seeing a man dressed as a magical merman’ emerge from the sea on a secluded beach: “It was really magical to see on the secluded beach; at that moment, it became really clear to me that mermaids were what I wanted as a new hobby; it was a bit different, and I could do it alone.”

Mermaiden entails swimming with a tail on, something Moss truly likes since it allows her to feel “more in contact with nature and the sea.” Moss’ passion developed into a professional option after she was given a position in this industry via Instagram. “I don’t see myself quitting mermaiding or changing careers anytime soon.” “I just love the freedom of mermaids,” Moss told Metro.

Moss does not make as much as she used to, but she is content: “It’s enough to live on, and I’m doing something I love at the end of the day—that’s all that matters right now.” Who knows what will happen in the future? For now, I’m getting my foot in the door of the mermaid world, and it’s an art form, so I know it won’t be easy.” Mermaids also educate tourists about marine fauna and the precautions that should be taken to keep oceans and beaches clean.
