Ravi Mohan, better known by his stage name Jayam Ravi, following his divorce from his ex-wife, has again been dragged into a major controversy.
According to reports, Jayam Ravi was signed to act in two projects under the budding production house BTG Productions. However, even though directors were finalized for the projects, shooting had not commenced for the past three months, leading Jayam Ravi to walk out.
Subsequently, BTG Productions filed a case against Jayam Ravi, and also demanding him to return the advance payment they had made.
In response, Jayam Ravi has now filed a counter-case against BTG Productions, alleging they wasted his call sheet for the past three months and demanding ₹9 crores in compensation.
After hearing both sides, the court has asked BTG Productions to provide a proper reply to the actor and has postponed the next hearing.
This has now turned into a huge controversy. Following this, while most of the Netizens are supporting Jayam Ravi, some are criticizing him, and responding that his recent behavior seems different, and this issue is a result of his recent personal changes..
