Indians in Dallas: Now Car Rallies for Movies—What’s Next?

Vettaiyan Pre-Release Fans Event USA Car Rally Dallas

We at M9 News have been very vocal about how the culture of screaming at theaters, breaking coconuts, and going crazy outside theaters paints a negative picture of the Indian community whenever there is a Telugu film released in the U.S.

But now Tamil fans have taken it to another level by conducting Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan pre-release event in Dallas.

If the event is held indoors and people are having fun, no one complains. However, these fans organized a car rally featuring a small flex of Rajinikanth, and you can imagine the excitement of the fans and how ecstatic they behave.

On top of that, this car rally was held outdoors for everyone to see in the neighborhood.

Just imagine the plight of an American who bought a house in a neighborhood mostly dominated by Desis.

The sad part is that this overboard behavior of movie fans in the U.S., especially in places like Dallas, continues to grow year after year.

There’s nothing wrong with celebrating movies or expressing your excitement, but this behavior negatively impacts the entire Indian community, yet they never seem to understand.
