Now on paper, it wasn’t the most anticipated series but Marvel fans were excited to stream this. And who can say no to Samuel L Jackson’s appearance on the screen? And as episode 1 dropped, the hype increased but the excitement had a massive dip. The reason you ask? It’s the opening credits.
Now great shows have brilliant openings, Breaking Bad to Dark all have memorable opening credits. Even Shows like Moon Knight excelled at this but Marvel this time wanted to do something different. They tried to ride the AI wave but failed miserably.
Fans are just fuming over the AI concept. Now it’s not like people hate AI illustration, it’s just they don’t expect such generic work from Marvel and Disney.
One user posted a screenshot of the end credits and pointed out that it is made by designers who have used AI with concept art. So as people were doubting that AI replaced someone’s job, that fact should be double-checked.
Also on the other hand, fans are disheartened after the death of Maria Hill. Maria has been a fan favorite for a very long time and the fans expected a character development. That was the promise until the fans saw her death and now they are fuming over the death.
After all these, the show is getting a positive overall review. People are actually happy with the tone and the pace of the show. This show seems really promising with the character development and the overall Skrull threat. Some fans are also really hyped to see Emilia Clarke on the small screen and some are demanding to bring Daisy Johnson back.
The first episode is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar, the next one will drop on the 28th of this month.

A lot of people will rave about how good #SecretInvasion is but, this show marks the first major invasion of AI on a major studio’s piece of work, it’s utterly horrifying to think about and this is only the start.
