The Boys are heading to college this time, and it promises to be a bloody and action-packed affair, quite literally. “The Boys” is already one of Prime Video’s hottest shows of all time, and not a single person has declined the opportunity to dive into its spinoff. Now, the Gen V trailer is out for everyone to see, and it sends shivers down the spine.
Promises were made about the spin-off series, that it would be messy, and the trailer indeed delivered. It welcomes us to Godolkin University, a college in America for superheroes.
Even the makers state, “hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. It’s part college show, part ‘Hunger Games’ — with all the heart, satire, and raunch of ‘The Boys.”
As with any The Boys trailer, you’ll also be introduced to a lot of new faces who possess some amazing powers. Some will look fantastic, and some will be totally horrifying.
And in a world run by Vought, they are up to something again, and the group of kids has caught a whiff of that. The trailer featured stars such as Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, Maddie Phillips, Shelley Conn, Jason Ritter, Marco Pigossi, Alexander Calvert, and Clancy Brown.
