Amidst ongoing debates about nepotism and outsiders in Bollywood, talented newcomers are quietly making their mark.

Pratibha Ranta, hailing from Shimla, impressed audiences with her portrayal of Jaya (Pushpa Rani) in “Laapataa Ladies,” representing the modern Indian woman with strength and independence.

At just sixteen years old, Nitanshi Goel made her debut in Aamir Khan Productions with “Laapataa Ladies.” She boasts a significant Instagram following and has appeared in various projects, leaving a lasting impact with her portrayal of Phool Kumari, radiating natural innocence.

Sparsh Srivastav portrayed Deepak Kumar in the film, showcasing the anguish of a husband separated from his wife with remarkable restraint and depth.

The talent of these outsiders is a slap on Nepotism. They are much better actors than the likes of Sara Ali Khan, Tiger Shroff, Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Pandey, Ahaan Shetty, Sooraj Pancholi, Saiee Manjrekar, and other nepo kids.

Despite their limited talents, these star kids are given many chances to prove themselves. But talented outsiders like the ones in Laapataa Ladies rarely get even one chance to prove themselves.
