It was the year 2005 when the medical drama aired for the first time. Since then Grey’s Anatomy has been constantly entertaining all of us. The show is having an impressive run, crossing the mark of 420 episodes.
The ABC drama has maintained a strict schedule when it comes to the new season. Globally June became the messenger of a new season of the drama and it was always followed by the Netflix release.
In February 2023, the show received an unprecedented renewal and fans couldn’t hold their joy. But the joyride might slow down because of the writer’s strike.
Because of this, ABC has to push its schedule a bit. We can expect it to come out in 2024 but the sky isn’t clear yet about the date.
On the Global stage, Netflix holds the rights for the show in the UK and Canada. Disney+ Hotstar will be streaming the drama in India and has the streaming rights for the previous 19 seasons.
