Netflix is back, exploring the alleys of South Korea, and this time, they will be entering a dystopian world. The idea of Netflix’s newest film, “Badland Hunters,” already sounds intriguing as the OTT giant drops a captivating teaser.
In the post-apocalyptic setting of Seoul, Don Lee leads the cast in “Badland Hunters” as Nam San, a skilled hunter navigating a chaotic world. The film, directed by Heo Myeong-haeng, features a talented ensemble, including Lee Hee-jun, Lee Jun-young, Roh Jeong-eui, and An Ji-hye.
Offering a glimpse into post-apocalyptic Seoul, the Netflix film teaser showcases a desolate yet captivating landscape. Nam San, played by Don Lee, confronts a giant crocodile, highlighting intense action scenes.
The teaser introduces diverse characters crossing paths with Nam San. “Badland Hunters” premieres exclusively on Netflix on January 26.
As per the official synopsis, “In Badland Hunters, Don Lee (Train to Busan) plays a relentless wasteland hunter in post-apocalyptic Seoul, where mere survival becomes a luxury, allegiances are volatile, and human will is tested against nature’s harshest conditions.”
