As the foreign series are growing in Indian fans more and more, all the streaming services are bringing global content to the nation. Amazon miniTV announced that they will be bringing a whole new bunch of Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, and Spanish content in a dubbed form.
The first pool from that bunch is Korean shows and has titles like Cheer Up,” “Heart Surgeons” and “Doctor Detective.” They will be streaming from 7th of this month.
Amogh Dusad who is working as head of content for Amazon miniTV, reported: “In recent times, the viewing preferences of digital video consumers in India have changed significantly. They love diversity in content offering and are looking for unique stories & captivating characters from across the world. We have curated a list of blockbuster shows, from Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, Spanish and many more languages, that we believe will resonate with Indian viewers.”
Now, this step is not for the hardcore fans as they all like watching it with the original audio with preferred subtitles. Amazon miniTV is trying to get mass attention and this pool of international content will gift them just that.
