Although films like “Satyaprem ki Katha” have attempted, we still lack emotional depth in our stories. Amidst this, a new documentary drama called “Love Storiyan” strives to evoke strong emotions.
“Love Storiyan” questions the underlying concepts of what makes a love story. It narrates the stories of six couples, depicting their meetings and conflicts through a documentary lens. While all the stories hold value, the most impactful ones include the fifth story, which explores the horrific tragedies of Afghanistan, and another focusing on a man facing sedition charges with his wife as his only hope.
Despite its name possibly sounding like a reference to the well-known song “Kesariya” from “Brahmastra,” the documentary delves much deeper than its title suggests. It effectively provides a complete package of emotions, making it a worthwhile watch on Prime video, especially during this Valentine’s week.
