After Qala, Babul Khan announced his future project as Friday Night Plan, and fans were excited to get a glimpse of it. As Netflix drops the trailer of the upcoming movie, it looks fun and innovative.
The trailer, and hopefully the movie, keeps a focus on multiple relationships. It is not just the spoiled rich kid drama, but it also shows the more humane side. The introverted rich kid is obviously not a new concept, but making him overnight famous looks somewhat innovative.
The story revolves around two brothers; the elder one is the proper introverted one but does everything. He scores a goal during a snatch and becomes the new popular kid. And what do popular kids do after school? They party. Like most parties in movies, it started with a bang but ended miserably. Events follow, and several waves of problems will be faced by them.
Besides a promising storyline, the movie also promises an interesting cast. Juhi Chawla looks fantastic on screen, and the roles of the brothers are flawlessly portrayed by Babil Khan and Amrith Jayan. And for some reason, wherever he goes, a good color palette follows. We heard some parts of the soundtrack, and it also sounds promising.
