SonyLiv continues to face criticism as another major glitch has angered its subscribers. After trouble during the Asia Cup streaming, users are now furious about the disappearance of the Continue Watching section, which has disrupted their viewing experience across devices.
Subscribers took to social media to complain. The Continue Watching tab, which helps users resume their shows from the last watched point, vanishes when reopening the app. This forces users to search for the title again instead of instantly continuing playback.
The problem worsens when shows restart from the latest episode rather than the one recently watched. Many premium users report the issue persists on both mobile and TV apps. Frustration has grown as the glitch continues without any official fix.
SonyLiv has yet to clarify whether it will resolve the problem soon. Until then, subscribers remain annoyed at losing one of the most essential features for binge-watching. For now, the backlash on social media shows no signs of slowing down.
