Streaming Platforms Are Still Mistreating The Suits Spinoff

Streaming Platforms Are Still Mistreating The Suits Spinoff“Suits” has indeed set an example of being a late bloomer. It’s not that “Suits” was entirely underappreciated; it had a group of fans who loved it. However, its popularity has recently skyrocketed. Amidst this late surge in popularity, people are discovering that it also has a spinoff called “Pearson.”

Even if you go back just a month, “Suits,” which eventually concluded in 2019, was on Netflix’s top 10 chart. It was acquired by both Netflix and Prime Video in India, and we can expect the same for both platforms. Due to India’s fondness for legal dramas, it also climbed the charts. However, the spinoff wasn’t as fortunate as the original series.

In terms of quality, “Pearson” is not on the level of TV series like “Better Call Saul,” and in terms of ratings, it has a disappointing 6.8 on IMDb, whereas the original series holds a staggering 8.4 rating. Moreover, the spinoff wrapped itself up after just one season, as it turned out to be a complete disaster.

The disappointing fact is that “Pearson” isn’t available for streaming in India; no platforms have acquired it. This is disheartening for fans who would love to watch more of Jessica Pearson, Harvey Specter, and Louis Litt, despite the questionable quality.

In terms of spin-offs, there have been some gems like Fear the Walking Dead, House of the Dragon, and Frasier that have ruled the world of series despite being spin-offs, and Pearson, though lacking the popularity, is still something that fans watched through other means.
