The highly awaited trailer of Taali is now out. The series starring Sushmita Sen was announced last year and since then has been in the buzz. It was initially scheduled to be released in June itself when JioCinema came as a proper original delivering OTT platform. But somehow it took too long and is finally scheduled for August 15.
Sushmita Sen was heavily appreciated for her amazing performance in the Disney+Hotstar series Aarya. The former Miss Universe has phenomenal skills when it comes to acting and is highly capable of engaging the audience.
Even in this trailer, we can see how perfectly she modulates her voice for the role of remarkable transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant who has made an immense contribution to giving identity and dignity to the third gender.
She was one of the strongest reasons The Supreme Court of India identified the rights and existence of the transgender community.
Regardless, the series will stream free on JioCinema from August 15 onwards. Just like the usual JioCinema original, the series will stream in 8 languages which include Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bangla, Marathi, and Bhojpuri apart from the original Hindi.
Sushmita Sen will also be seen in the next season of her highly successful Hotstar series Aarya which may arrive in the remaining months of 2023.
