Sony LIV is ready with a romantic surprise for its subscribers. The OTT platform has announced ‘Adiyae’ will soon be streaming on its platform. Adiyae is a Tamil language scientific rom-com that takes us into an epic journey through the parallel universe. The film was released on 25th August in theatres and it was very well received by the audience.
Adiyae is both written and directed by Vignesh Karthick who has previously directed movies like Thittam Irandu and Yenda Thalaiyila Yenna Vekkala. The movie stars G.V Prakash Kumar in central role alongside Gouri G. Kishan and Venkat Prabhu.
The plot of the film takes us to a parallel universe where ‘Jeeva’ has everything he wants but only to soon return to his reality. His struggle with reality defines the rest of the story.
Critics have been kind to the film and showered it with positive reviews. The acting in the film has also been praised by them. The film has an impressive rating of 7.7 on IMDb. After a good run at the theatres, the movie is finally ready to present itself in front of a bigger crowd. It will make its OTT debut on the Sony LIV platform from the 29th of September.
