The adventures of the Transformers are back, now available on streaming platforms. If Optimus Prime’s leadership and Bumblebee’s friendly nature defined your childhood, it’s time to grab some popcorn.
In terms of ratings, it’s considered a mid-tier film, but it does evoke a plethora of emotions. Surprisingly, it’s labelled as the least successful film in the entire franchise. In theaters, the movie grossed $436M with a budget of $195M, which doesn’t really suggest failure.
The plot doesn’t offer anything revolutionary; it’s simply giant robots fighting each other.
Starring Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, the film was released in cinemas in June. The plot is as straightforward as any earth-shattering threat, where they assemble a team to save humanity.
In 1994, Optimus Prime and the Autobots face their greatest challenge as they team up with the Maximals, a formidable group of Transformers, to protect Earth from a devastating new threat capable of planetary destruction.
The seventh installment of the franchise is now available on Prime Video Store for ₹389. If you haven’t watched the trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, click below:
