It looks like every single OTT platform is facing some or the other technical glitch or inherent problem in them and ZEE5 is not out of the race.
The subscribers of Zee5 are again frustrated as yet another technical glitch has left users locked out of their accounts.
With one message on screen just saying, “Account banned” when they have paid full subscription and didn’t follow any other means.
For many users this is not the first time ZEE5 is having technical issues, but the recurrence of such glitches is testing the patience of even the most loyal viewers.
One user shared a photo of the error on social media, calling out ZEE5 India to hire a good technician or solve this issue properly.
It’s not just about one glitch. Over time, several users have reported problems ranging from streaming errors, app crashes, and now, account bans without any clear explanation.
What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication from the platform’s side.
Viewers are not just paying for content they are paying for convenience and hazard free watching experience.
If ZEE5 wants to retain its growing subscriber base, it’s high time the management takes these complaints seriously.
