According to the notice, Cape of Good Films LLP holds the exclusive rights to produce, distribute, market, exploit, and commercially monetize all aspects and collateral related to Hera Pheri 3.
The public announcement has been addressed to exhibitors, distributors, OTT and streaming platforms, satellite channels, television broadcasters, digital platforms, syndicators, licensors, licensees, and other entities associated with the Indian film trade.
The notice further warns all stakeholders against entering into any agreements, negotiations, collaborations, transactions, or commercial arrangements concerning Hera Pheri 3.
The development is particularly noteworthy given the turbulent journey of Hera Pheri 3 over the past few years.
The film has witnessed multiple controversies, such as Akshay Kumar’s temporary exit from the project and disputes involving producer Firoz Nadiadwala.
