A court in Delhi today finally resolved the matter of a complaint filed against actors Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan regarding hurting of religious sentiments. The incident occurred during the filming of the reality show Bigg Boss 9 when the two actors allegedly entered the sets of a temple wearing shoes.

In this regard, a criminal complaint had been filed by advocate Gaurav Gulati who sought registration of an FIR against the two actors, however the Tis Hazari court had asked the complainant to produce pre-summoning evidence on October 14th. The Mumbai Police in its Action Taken Report (ATR) stated to the court that temple was a makeshift one and the act was not intended to hurt religious sentiments.
The court concurred with this explanation and the criminal complaint against Shah Rukh and Salman Khan was dismissed.
