Salman Khan Gets Slapped On Set

Salman Khan’s “Bhai” persona has warded people off more often than not. While his fans love the attitude, many argue it’s one of the reasons why he’s always caught in some or other controversy.

In a recent interview, actress Indira Krishna shared a shockingly heartfelt incident with Salman during their ongoing shoot for the film Tere Naam.

Indira revealed that for a scene she had to slap Salman as part of the script when his bodyguard came up and warned her not to hit him too hard.

Unfortunately, Indira ended up doing it anyway, and Salman stormed off from the set in anger. Following this, his bodyguards asked Indira to hurry back to her vanity van and not come out until everything had cooled off.

Everyone on the set was disappointed that she didn’t follow the instructions, and now Salman was mad. But what happened next shocked everybody.

Salman came up to her and announced she wouldn’t be able to continue working on the project, and that was the final call. Just as a distraught Indira was trying to process what was happening, Salman, along with the entire team, jumped and revealed it was a prank.

Indira now recalls this incident as a beautiful memory and fondly shared it with the audience, revealing a soft, playful side of Salman that fans don’t get to see much these days.

Fans on the internet stated that Salman has to be the most misunderstood person in real life. Some explained how his strong and machismo persona is just to ward off haters and enemies, but deep down he’s the same guy everybody fell in love with during the 2000s era.

While the reception of this incident has been fairly positive and cheerful, some internet users feel that while Salman brushed off the incident back then, he won’t do the same now.

According to them, Salman’s stardom and ego have blocked him from having any such real connections on set, which is further reflected on the big screen.

Childish or not, Salman will always be special to many for his unique ways, and anyway, “Bhai dil mein aate hai samajh mein nahi.”
