Poojai (Pooja in Telugu) and Kaththi are two of the big releases that are going to clash at the box office this Diwali in Tamil. Although it isn’t a competition really one looks at the star status of the two stars Vishal and Vijay, it’s the director’s they are attached to that has given the look of competition between the two. Hari has a strong market in the smaller centers where as AR Murugadoss is a metro phenomenon.
Both the film have got censored, the makers are already booking theatres vigorously trying to outdo the other. Big multiplex screens or the small single screens, it’s like a battle going on for sharing of screens. In Telugu the situation is completely opposite as Pooja is getting advantage of having no competition from Kaththi. As it’s more of a battle of directors, we have to see if Hari outscores Murugadoss or vice versa happens.
