Chiranjeevi Gives First Clap for Charan’s RC17

Chiranjeevi Launches Ram Charan's RC17

Ram Charan and Sukumar’s new film #RC17 was officially launched with a pooja ceremony attended by Chiranjeevi as the chief guest. Chiranjeevi sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while T-Series Bhushan Kumar switched on the camera to mark the beginning of the project. Mythri Naveen, Mythri Ravi, and Tabitha handed over the script to the makers.

The makers have released an announcement poster featuring Ram Charan’s face within an artistic peacock feather. The artwork uses a combination of blue, green, and gold, while the white background keeps the focus on the design.

The film brings together Ram Charan and Sukumar once again after Rangasthalam. Their previous collaboration received appreciation for its storytelling, performances and technical aspects. Their reunion has attracted attention, and the launch has generated further interest in the project.

Another aspect drawing attention is Ram Charan’s transformation for the film. Sukumar, who is known for creating distinctive characters and presenting his protagonists in different ways, is reportedly preparing a new look and characterisation for the actor.

Mythri Movie Makers, led by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Vijaya Prasad Bandreddi and Bhushan Kumar, are producing the film along with Sukumar Writings and T Series. With the muhurtham ceremony completed, the project has officially moved into its next phase.
