Till recently the release date of superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Kabali’ was said to be on 15th July. But now, there are reports emerging saying that ‘Kabali’ is likely to be pushed to a later date in July. Announcement is awaited.

If ‘Kabali’ comes on 15th July as announced earlier, Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan’s film ‘Madaari’ will clash with Rajinikanth’s film. The Bollywood hero feels it an honour to have a clash with the superstar’s film. Here in South, common audiences barely know who Irrfan Khan is.
So, a clash might not be a problem for ‘Kabali’ as a Hindi film’s presence and release is hardly felt in Southern part of the country until and unless it is a Bollywood star hero’s movie who is also popular in South.
Irrfan Khan’s movie is talked about because the actor had earlier made some comments saying that ‘Kabali’ poster is copied from his movie’s poster. Later, the actor tried to cover up saying it was only a joke.
