With The Paradise, Nani is still backing the film strongly, but he is not giving away much. He has called it the most tiring film of his career and described it as the mass film he had been waiting to do. At the pre-release event, he also confidently told audiences that a strong theatrical experience awaits them.
There is another interesting part to this approach. The Paradise is reaching theatres without a trailer, with Nani explaining that the team chose to focus on completing the film rather than spending more time on another promotional video.
So, is Nani less confident this time? His statements suggest otherwise. The difference is that he seems to be letting the film do more of the talking. With The Paradise, the team has deliberately kept several things under wraps, making the theatrical experience itself the final reveal.
