These days comedy is playing very important role in the success of a film. Instead of forced comedy tracks, when the film makers are able to script hilarious comedy revolving round the actual story, those films are witnessing superhit collections. Especially writers Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan created a trend in making comedy the hero.
In the course of time, Brahmanandam emerged the ‘Comedy King’ who can carry even an average film with a lean story into stupendous successful track. Many big films benifitted from Brahmi’s success formula and hence the comedian took credits for major portion of those film’s success. But a few film makers started misusing Brahmi without no actual story and hence Brahmi’s character stopped being amusing and entertaining.
In this scenario, a couple of films starring ’30 years in the industry’ Prithvi came up with something refreshing. The latest release, for Sai Dharam Tej’s debut ‘Pilla Nuvvuleni Jeevitham’, director AS Ravikumar Chowdary penned down an entertaining script for comedian Raghu Babu. His role appears throughout the film and the situational comedy targetted using the film became a major plus for the mega hero debut. Cine lovers can see Raghu Babu writing off that only Brahmi can carry a film with his comedy tracks. Good going!
