Samantha is the indisputable number one in Telugu film industry. Her flawless and impeccable success stint and her edge over her contemporaries in acting skills made her the Queen of Tollywood with other rallying much behind her in the numbers race. However Samantha is not content and is eyeing big things in Tamil film industry. The actress is giving a tough fight to the reigning queens there like Hansika Motwani, Nayanthara and Lakshmi Menon.
She has two big ticket films – Anjaan opposite Suriya and Kaththi opposite Vijay lined up for release very soon. Both these films have tremendous expectations in the audience and trade and success here will surely make her unstoppable. In fact Samantha earlier acted in two Tamil films – Baana Kaathadi and second movie Moscowin Kavery way back in 2010 opposite lesser-known stars. Both of them were utter flops. She recently again rose to fame in Tamil with bilingual projects – Naan Ee (Eega) and Eto Vellipoindhi Manasu (Neenthane En Ponvasantham).
