The journey of Charming Star Sharwa’s Bhogi has entered another significant phase. The period action entertainer has successfully wrapped its grand climax schedule. Backed by KK Radhamohan under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner, the film marks Sharwa’s maiden collaboration with director Sampath Nandi. Ever since the striking first-look posters introduced Sharwa’s fierce Ganga and Anupama Parameswaran’s traditional village look, expectations have steadily risen.
The climax schedule stretched continuously for 22 days and was filmed on a massive custom-built set created by production designer Kiran Kumar Manne. The elaborate set took close to three months to prepare, underlining the scale at which the makers are mounting the film.
One of the standout aspects of the schedule was the participation of more than 800 junior artists in the climax portions. Combined with Dhilip Subbarayan’s high-impact action choreography, the sequence is expected to deliver an unforgettable theatrical spectacle, unlike anything seen before.
Sharwa dedicated himself completely to the role, spending over two-and-a-half hours every day on prosthetic makeup before filming and another hour after the shoot to remove it. The demanding process reflects the effort invested in bringing the character to life.
