Star actor injured on horror film sets

Injuries are part and parcel while shooting for sports sequences and action scenes. Star Kannada actor Upendra also injured his ankle twice in this year while shooting for his horror flick ‘Kalpana 2’.

‘Kalpana 2’ is the remake of Raghava Lawrence’s horror series movie ‘Kanchana 2’. Upendra has earlier featured in ‘Kalpana’ which went on to become a super hit film. Now, he is shooting for some kabaddi sequences for the sequel.

While playing kabaddi for the film, he injured his ankle and sprained it. After some medical help, he continued shooting for the scenes with bandage on his ankle even though he had pain. This happened on Friday, leaving his fans anxious though it was said to be a minor sprain.
