Superstar Rajinikanth‘s Annaatthe shooting which has been happening in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad has come to a grinding halt. The team started a 45-days schedule recently but it got halted as eight members of the team were tested positive for the Coronavirus.
The team has suspended the shoot due to abundant caution for the 70-year Superstar and the team is said to be going back to Chennai. They will assess the situation after some days and restart the shoot. After a break of nine months, the movie shooting began only recently in Hyderabad.
The Superstar has been shooting for fourteen hours a day to complete the film as soon as possible and this happened. Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh, and Khushu Sundar are the heroines in the film directed by Siruthai Siva. Sun Pictures is bankrolling this prestigious project which is being planned for the Summer 2021 release.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is going to announce his new political party and its agenda on December 31st.
