Director Ram Gopal Varma has over the years done films which can be easily slotted into few genres and mostly he has been keep making movies related to those genres like gangster movies or horror movies etc. In between the director has dealt with few films that are completely off the chart like a Rangeela or Nishabdh etc and now after a long time he has charter a similar unknown territory again with Anukshanam. The trailer seems interesting as the director is coming with a new theme involving serial killer.
Also the cast looks strong here with some well-known faces being part of the cast. Can this movie be a turning point for the director in terms of trying new genres going forward?
