‘Eega’ in Telugu and ‘Puli’ in Hindi are Kannada superstar Sudeep’s movies outside Sandalwood. The speciality of these two movies is, Sudeep is the main villain in the two films. While he is a superstar in Sandalwood doing the protagonist in his mother tongue, he is experimenting with different kind of characters in other languages.

When Sudeep was asked if he is ready to play villain in Kannada movies where he is having big fan following as a superstar, Sudeep says he is ready to take up the challenge and do villain roles in his mother tongue, provided someone comes up with a strong story.
Sudeep’s cameo appearance in Baahubali is well received by Kannada audience. His Tamil and Telugu films are getting craze and making good business in Karnataka because of his presence in those movies. He is also benefitted by getting wide exposure in other languages.
