Director Ajay Bhupathi of ‘RX 100’ and ‘Maha Samudram’ fame is now returning with a concept-based film titled ‘Mangalavaaram’. It is slated to release on November 17th in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada.
The film’s latest song is a riot. Entitled ‘Appadappada Thaandra’, passionate filmmaker and actor Tharun Bhascker has grooved to this special song that’s different in terms of its mood is its unapologetic celebration of the ritual of gossip prevalent in villages.
A bunch of men, who seem to have nothing better to do, dance with gusto as they name the men and women who are running curtains within the four walls. A couple are literally caught red-handed making out amid bushes.
Throughout, composer Ajaneesh Loknath of ‘Kantara’ fame and singer Rahul Sipligunj of ‘Naatu Naatu’ fame lend delicacies to the song. Bhanu and Ganesh A have choreographed and written it, respectively.
Producers Swathi Gunupati and Suresh Varma M of Mudhra Media Works have collaborated with Bhupathi to produce the movie under Mudra Media Works and A Creative Works.
