BRS party has been in its lowest phase since last year, following a disastrous defeat against Congress in the assembly elections. The party’s morale was further damaged when it failed to win a single seat in this year’s Lok Sabha elections.
President KCR has been staying away from active politics for a long time. When asked about this, BRS leaders keep saying that he will come at the right time or try to evade the question by stating that KCR is not needed to deal with Congress leaders.

These statements covering KCR’s absence aren’t working anymore, as even people are questioning his absence as an opposition leader. They also feel that KCR and BRS are failing to capitalize on issues against Congress, like the 6 promises, HYDRAA, and Public Service Examinations.
Meanwhile, the latest reports suggest that KCR is set to make his comeback in January 2025. The BRS cadre believes it will be a newer version of the party in the New Year.

It has been stated that new committees will be formed in the party, and new in-charges will be appointed in the constituencies where BRS MLAs defected to Congress.
It is being heard that KCR is also planning to replace old leaders with young leaders in key positions within the party. On the whole, KCR seems to be planning to revive the party in the New Year.

Meanwhile, people on social media have opined that all these plans are good, but it is uncertain whether they will happen, considering KCR’s absence over the last year and the excuses given by BRS leaders for the same. So, it remains to be seen if KCR genuinely comes to the public this time, or if the news turns out to be another farce.
