KCR’s BRS Party seems to have focused on expanding to Andhra Pradesh. There are reports that Janasena leader Thota Chandrasekhar is going to lead the party in AP.
Leaders who were previously in Janasena – Former Minister Ravela Kishore Babu and Former IRS officer Parthasarthy are also joining BRS along with Thota.
Meanwhile, BRS Minister Mallareddy is in Tirumala and made some interesting comments about BRS expansion in Andhra Pradesh.
“BRS is getting good response across the country. We will come to power in Andhra for sure in 2024. We are going to contest in all 175 seats,” he announced.
“The development we did in Telangana in eight years will be the reason for the success of BRS. We will complete Polavaram just like how we did Kaleshwaram. All the schemes we implemented for Telangana will be done in AP too,” he added.
The major political parties in Andhra Pradesh are yet to comment on BRS and leaders joining the party. Even Janasena which is at the receiving end also did not comment yet.
