Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu confirmed a cabinet berth for Nagababu last month but the swearing ceremony is not happening. Reports are that the decision to include Nagababu had complicated the caste equations.
Naga Babu will be the third Kapu Minister in Janasena which had only four members in the cabinet. All the four belongs to the Upper Caste with the fourth Minister being Nadendla Manohar from the Kamma Community.

Chandrababu Naidu is now making changes to the cabinet to correct that. There is a vacancy in the cabinet and Naga Babu can be accommodated in it. But Naidu will have to make more changes to pacify other communities.
Buzz is that TDP President Palla Srinivas Rao is going to be taken into the Cabinet. He is from a BC Community. There is a rivalry between the Kapu community and the BCs in Coastal Andhra. Palla‘s inclusion will pacify them.

Also, there is no representation in the Cabinet from Vishakhapatnam. Palla will fill that gap.
But why should Chandrababu Naidu worry if Janasena messed its caste equations? There is no justification. Chandrababu is as such.

Sources also say that a Woman leader from Rayalaseema will also be accommodated in the Cabinet. These changes may happen after Sankranti. Also that means there will be a minor shuffle in the cabinet.
