Self-proclaimed Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham is turning out to be YSR Congress’s weapon against the possible Kapu polarization towards Janasena/TDP-Janasena alliance. In one week, Mudragada dashed a second letter to Pawan Kalyan bashing him.
In the second letter today, Mudragada used even crass language against Pawan Kalyan. Mudragada says Pawan Kalyan may be a cine hero but is not a hero in politics. He alleged that Pawan Kalyan is egging his followers to abuse him.
Mudragada once again announced extended his support to YSR Congress MLA Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy. “I will not lose Dwarampudi for any reason,” Mudragada announced.
Mudragada also revealed his secret wish finally. “You cleared my dilemma about my political re-entry by making your fans abuse me. I challenge you to contest from Kakinada like Dwarampudi. At least contest on me from Pitapuram,” he challenged.
That also makes clear Mudragada is going to contest from Pitapuram on the YSR Congress ticket.
It looks like Jagan has pitted Mudragada against Pawan Kalyan to stop the possible Kapu polarization. But in the end, it looks like he is using a Kapu to insult another one of the same community.
Mudragada is openly shouldering a Reddy leader (Dwarampudi) while insulting a popular leader of his community.
While the ruckus is happening, Jagan seems to be enjoying the show.
Coming to Mudragada’s challenge, he should go and contest in any constituency where Pawan Kalyan contests since he feels he is a tall leader in Andhra Pradesh.
