Political Observers are still in doubt if Kiran Kumar Reddy can revive the party fortunes which is reduced to a 1-2% Party in Andhra Pradesh post the bifurcation. Kiran Kumar Reddy has his role in the party decimation by defying the party high command and floating a new party.
Keeping aside Andhra Pradesh, this induction will have its share of implications in Telangana Politics as well. Kiran Kumar Reddy even though a Chief Minister of United AP openly defied the Congress high command and showcased himself as anti-Telangana.
In the Assembly itself, Kiran announced he will not give funds to Telangana. TRS will use Kiran’s induction against Congress in Telangana and will allege that the party is a hub to Telangana haters. Telangana Congress leaders are wondering why this step when it will not be useful to the party in Andhra Pradesh.
