Congress Party in Karnataka is trying to stir the Telugu Sentiment against BJP in the upcoming elections. Quoting a video tweet of AP PCC President, Raghuveera Reddy’s call to dump BJP which has cheated Andhra Pradesh, CM Siddaramaiah made interesting comments.

“BJP neither understands #KannadaSwabhimana nor #TeluguSwabhimanam . Otherwise, BJP would not have broken the promise made to the Telugu people. Of course, the only promise it makes to Karnataka is to bring back the #Reddy-Yurappa gang to rule with UP style governance (sic),” Siddaramaiah tweeted.
Telugu People are present in prominent numbers in a few areas of Karnataka, particularly in Raichur and Bengaluru. Their votes can be crucial to change the face of the elections. TDP is campaigning against BJP while TRS is supporting JDS. Earlier Siddaramaiah opposed the Special Status to Andhra Pradesh but has intelligently changed in his stance now.
