Nara Lokesh won from Mangalagiri with a sensational 91,413 votes majority and Pawan Kalyan from Pithapuram with a majority of 70,279 votes.

These are Record Majorities.

Both the leaders are concentrating on the constituencies to make them their strongholds.

To the advantage of Lokesh, Mangalagiri is in the close vicinity of Secretariat and so he is being very accessible to the people of this constituency. It is not the case with Pawan Kalyan.

Lokesh is concentrating so much on the Development of Mangalagiri.

He is aiming to transform Mangalagiri into a hub for IT and non-IT industries with the potential to create employment for up to 50,000 people.

He is focusing on improving the infrastructure to welcome the industries. Works are going on for the integrated underground utilities, covering drainage, water, gas, and electricity, in the Mangalagiri-Tadepalli Municipal Corporation.

Lokesh is also focusing on the Housing. Land worth Rs 1,000 crore had already been issued to 3,000 eligible families residing on government lands for decades.

Lokesh instructed authorities to initiate the second phase of house site distribution, targeting 2,000 eligible families residing on government lands for decades.

In Mangalagiri, the Padmasaali social group has two caste professions. One is handloom, and the other is goldsmith.

When in the opposition, Lokesh provided 873 looms free of charge. Seeing the difficulties of handloom weavers, he set up a Weaverssaala and also helped increase the income of handloom weavers by 30 per cent by purchasing modern looms from Designs, signing an agreement with Tata Tanera, and through facilitating market linkages.

He also pushed the government to extend free power until 500 units and GST Rebate to make weaving beneficial.

A Gems and Jewellery Park is coming in Managalagiri which will house the top 20 jewellery manufacturers in the country with their manufacturing units and retail shops.

The Mangalagiri park will provide world-class training in jewellery making and will also provide massive employment opportunities.

Pawan Kalyan‘s approach in Pithapuram is different.

He is expanding the 30-Bed Government Hospital into a 100-bed hospital with a new building worth ₹34 crore.

To boost tourism and preserve heritage, Sakaleswara Swamy Temple is getting a facelift with ₹1 crore. A new wedding hall worth ₹2 crore is also being constructed in Uppada-Kothapalli.

Pawan Kalyan is also adding human touch to his administration taking him closer to the people.

Pawan Kalyan is donating his MLA salary to help 42 orphan children, giving each child ₹5,000 every month.

On the auspicious Shravan Friday in 2024, Pawan Kalyan sent 12,000 Silk Sarees to women who performed Puja at the local Venkateswara Swamy Temple.

In June, he sent safety kits to 325 electricians in the constituency after the accidental death of a Dalit electrician. Each kit includes essential electrical tools, rubber gloves, safety shoes, and a jacket.

Today on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, Pawan Kalyan has sent sarees to widows under the age of 40 and young single woman of his constituency.

Despite being away from the constituency, Pawan Kalyan is making his electorate comfortable and is giving them a feeling that he is caring them wherever he is.
